Mercy pours down like rain
And we are cleansed...
Grace consumes like fire
And we are purified...
Remember that once we were separated from God
And like an amputated limb we served no purpose.
Though we could not see it,
We were covered in filth and the stuff of sin,
But God desired to reconnect with us
And in His infinite selflessness sacrificed Himself
...for us
May you again be washed by His Love...
